Shipping costs and delivery timelines are listed individually for each item. Please refer to each individual product page for specific information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items that are damaged. Please call (320) 363-7375 or email us at info@thomsensgardencenter.com before sending any items back for shipping instructions. We will issue a full refund or exchange on any damaged items returned to us within 10 days of purchase. Shipping charges for sending the returned items to us is your responsibility and shipping cost for exchanges is your responsibility both ways. All items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
We recommend that all products be shipped back to us using a tracking number with a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in route to our warehouse, so it’s also a good idea to insure the package for the value of its contents.

- Reason for the return or exchange
