Notes: An attractive small to medium shade tree named for its bright red fall color. Multi-season interest with yellow-green upright spring flowers and dark green leaves. The lustrous foliage is more resistant to blotch, leaf scorch, and subsequent early defoliation than the species. This native tree reputedly produces very little fruit for minimal litter.
