Notes: Poke Milkweed thrives in dappled to full shade. Can reach 5' with large clusters of white to cream tinted with purple and green. Glowers droop elegantly on slender stalks. Important food source for many pollinators including monarch butterflies. Rabbits may snack on the leaves. Poke milkweed is long-lived, but not aggressive.
