Notes: Minnesota Native. Delicate looking, but tough! A great fern for home landscaping, it has wiry black stems and delicate-looking fronds that grow in a semi-circle. Easy to grow in a shady garden. Need some moisture in soil. Will go dormant if they get too dry, but will re-grow when they have enough moisture again. Excellent companion for hostas.
