Spring Basket Planting Party (Sold Out)

Our Spring Basket Planting Party is the perfect escape of winter, in the lush oasis of our greenhouse! Basket templates, expert advice, and hands-on assistance will assure you have an enjoyable and successful design experience. Everything to create your 14-inch container is included, which can serve as either a hanging basket or patio container. After your creation is planted, we take over the growing and care until you’re ready to pick up your basket in the latter half of May.

While at the party, sip a glass of wine, enjoy the food and desserts, de-stress with a chair massage and sing along to the music, all of which are professionally provided and included in this experience. One person per ticket – no guests please.

Before you arrive to the party, consider a few aspects of container design: Will the container have a sun or shade exposure? Is there a particular height you prefer the container to mature to? How much maintenance will you give your container throughout the season? Do you have a particular color scheme to follow?

To ensure the most fulfilling experience, reservations in advance are required. Our 2026 party has three days for you to choose from: Friday, March 20, Saturday, March 21, & Sunday, March 22. Sorry, but weather-related or “I can’t make it that day anymore” refunds are not allowed, as the event does sell out and materials have to be committed to in advance for your spot. Arrangements to come in and plant at another time can be made.

As mentioned above, baskets will be available for pickup in the latter half of May. You will be given an identifying tag at the party that will match you to your basket. At time of pickup, you will bring that tag into the garden center (cashier register), at which time we will retrieve your basket for you.

In the meantime, we encourage you to come out to visit your young creation as it develops into a beautiful blossoming masterpiece!
